BASE Seminar, a free online event that took place on October 7, brought together academics and experts regarding the timely issue of academics’ societal engagement in Finland. The event covered the BASE Project’s survey results as well as networking: how to utilize social media effectively; young academics: how to find your courage and voice to participate in public debates; and academics and journalists: steps for fruitful collaboration.
